Before you begin choosing your Items please select the currency in which you prefer to view the prices and pay and also select your language. Please note that English is the main language used in Item descriptions. Other languages are used only to help navigate through the site.
How to Use the CyShopper Site
Please print this page for your easy reference.
1. From the Homepage, either click on a picture or description of an Item that you would like to see in more detail, or,
2. Click on a particular category, e.g. ‘Greece Cyprus’ to see Items only in that category.
3.1 If you wish to buy the Item please click on the blue button ‘Add to Basket’. This button can be found at the bottom of the Item description.
3.2 Provided that there is more than one of the particular Item you are interested in available in stock (the available stock is indicated on the bottom left of the Item description) you can increase the ‘Quantity’ in the box provided (bottom right) up to a maximum number of what is available in stock and then click ‘Add to Basket’’.
4.1 You will now see that your ‘Shopping Basket’ (top left of the page) is no longer empty, but it includes the Item(s) you have chosen.
4.2 To complete your purchase please click on the orange button ‘View Basket’.
4.3 At the ‘View Basket page you can:
4.3.1 Click on the green ‘Continue’ button to proceed to the check-out. Please note that at this stage the shipping costs are not yet shown.
4.3.2 Click on the red ‘X’ button in the front of each Item in your basket in order to delete/remove that particular Item from your basket.
4.3.3 Increase or decrease the Quantity of individual Items by changing the number in the box provided in front of each Item. If you change the Quantity please remember to then click on the orange ‘Update Basket’ button.
4.4 Customer Log-in
4.4.1 If you already are a Customer of CyShopper please fill in your ‘Email’ and ‘Password’. It is advisable that you check the box ‘Remember me?’ in case that in future log-in attempts you forget your log-in details. Then click on the orange ‘Login’ button.
4.4.2 If you are not a Customer of CyShopper please click on the green ‘Register & Continue’ button in order to become a Customer with CyShopper. Once you have filled in all the required details please click on the green ‘Submit & Continue’ button.
4.4.3 Once you have logged in you have another chance to update your basket before you proceed to check-out. Please note that at the top right of the page CyShopper now welcomes you with your own name rather than as a guest! Click again on the green ‘Continue’ button.
4.4.4 On this page you have the chance to ‘Edit Invoice Address’ and also to again ‘Update Basket’. Please note that now the shipping costs are indicated. The Basket Total shown is exactly what you will pay without any additional costs or hidden extras.
4.4.5 At the ‘Payment’ page you can choose your preferred method of payment: Either, ‘PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER’ and then print (for your easy reference) and follow the simple instructions given to complete your payment either by sending a cheque or by direct bank transfer, Or, ‘Paypal’. You can also add any comments to CyShopper in the box provided. To choose your method of payment please click in the circle provided next to the preferred method and then click on the green ‘Continue’ button.
5 Now just sit back and wait for your Item(s) to arrive!
